WORKSHOP: DEVELOPMENT OF LED PRODUCTS
OBJETIVO
The objective of this course is to present the requirements for LED luminaire developments, to present the thermal, electrical, optical and mechanical requirements that influence the performance of LED products and the main related standards for measuring the performance of LED products: LM80, LM79 and TM -21.
It aims to bring a practical approach with handling LED modules, drivers, optical components, dissipation and measurement equipment.

CONTEÚDO PROGRAMÁTICO
• Presentation of components and characteristics of LED products: modules, drivers, optical components and heatsinks.
• Presentation of requirements for measurements according to LM80, LM79 and TM21 recommendations .
• Handling of components, luminaire samples and measuring equipment.

Each company will present the state of the art of its products, that is, what is most modern, technological and innovative in LED components available on the market and what is the trend of technology evolution for the coming years.

METODOLOGIA
This course will be theoretical e practical, with lectures on the state of the art and trends in components led and the handling of components for LED product development.
The course presents fundamental practical aspects for a good understanding of the subject in order to give the student a broad and consistent view of what is being proposed.

VICENTE SCOPACASA
Electronic engineer with a postgraduate degree in marketing administration. He has solid experience in semiconductors, having worked in companies in the sector for over 45 years. Specifically in LEDs, he worked for more than 40 years in leading companies in the manufacture of components, both in Brazil and abroad. Coordinator of COBEI/ABNT groups in the lighting and automotive segments, and as author of technical articles for specialized magazines.
JULIANA IWASHITA
Architect from FAU-USP, Master in Electrical Engineering from Poli-USP. Director of EXPER Soluções Luminotécnicas. Member of ASBAI_cc781905-5cde-3194-bbde5b_cf58NAd6. Professor of postgraduate courses in lighting by Belas Artes e Former Coordinator of the Commission of Phototechnical Standards for COBEI Technical Applications - ABNT.
Technical specialist at CGCRE/Inmetro in the certification processes of led lamps and street lamps.
MARCELO PATRÍCIO
Electrical engineer, postgraduate in Marketing Management and Master in Business Administration. With 20 years of professional experience in the electronics and semiconductor industry, he currently holds the position of Sales Manager for Latin America at Lumileds (Philips Lumileds).
RAUL CAMPIÃO
General Manager Brasil Lighting and Automotive at Nichia Corporation.
Graduated in Business Administration with an emphasis on Foreign Trade.
Post Graduated in Lighting Designer by Belas Artes.
MBA in Marketing from ESPM.
14 years of experience in the Optoelectronics market.
MARLON GASPAR
Sales Manager of OSRAM Opto Semiconductors for Latin America, Electrical Engineering graduated from FEI University in São Bernardo do Campo - SP.
He has extensive experience in monitoring projects, specifications and product design, also managing markets in the area of Lighting and Automotive throughout Latin America.
VANDERSON OLIVEIRA
Electronic engineer (USJT 2004) with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (Mackenzie 2008) and Business Management (FIA 2018). He has solid experience in Lighting, having worked in national and multinational companies for over 12 years.
Specifically in "LEDs Components", works as sales manager at Artimar (cree extension for South America) developing new concepts for LED technology.
